Russian Hacking In U.S. Election

President Obama is vowing to sanction Russia before leaving office. He blasted Russia for meddling in the U.S. election. Though he had strong words for Russia, he stopped short of saying Vladimir Putin himself orchestrated the hacking of U.S. political sites during the election. But he did say it was done at the highest levels
